The service

impress.pictures lets you create and edit images with AI from text descriptions and reference images, keep them in a private library, and share them with time-limited links.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires).

Credits and payments

• Generating or editing an image uses credits. The current price per image is shown before you generate.
• Credits are reserved when a generation starts and charged only for images that are actually delivered. Failed images are never charged.
• Prompt suggestions, image recognition, downloads and sharing are free.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. There is no subscription.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If something went wrong with a purchase, contact [email protected] within 14 days. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploads, and you may use the images you generate for any lawful purpose, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service (for example, storing and processing your images).

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, sexualizes minors, harasses or impersonates real people, or is intended to deceive. We may block prompts or images and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Availability

Image generation depends on third-party model providers and may be queued or temporarily unavailable. AI results can be imperfect or unexpected. The service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post material changes on this page before they take effect.
